Spitex Zimmerberg AG has about 160 employees, spread over four locations, making it one of the largest Spitex organizations in the canton of Zurich.

Mansioni

• basic and treatment care in simple customer situations in a stable environment
• provision of needs- and situation-oriented care arrangements following care planning in all areas of daily life activities (ATL)
• Self-employed and delegated administrative activities
• Use in complex customer situations with the support of the care professional
• situation-oriented involvement of relatives in care and care
• Data collection (customer documentation, care reports, performance recording)

• Responsibility for practical training and support for learners FaGe
• Reflection of learning outcomes together with learners
• design and planning of the learning management of learners in the care and promotion of professional, social and personal skills
• acceptance of evidence of competence and evaluation of the educational report according to the Education Regulation

Requisiti

• A completed training as a specialist Health EFZ
• professional experience in the care and care of people of all ages and in household management
• Professional, independent working
• Social competence, resilience
• Flexibility, especially with regard to operating times
• Good PC knowledge (RAI-HC application of advantage)
• Ready for evening and weekend rates
• Passport Kat. B
