Main responsibilities
- To strengthen our facility management, we are looking for a committed personality as: Professional Facility Management / Building Management 80% Your responsibilities
- Planning and execution of maintenance intervals: inspection, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting and analysis of infrastructural installations
- Appointment of specialists and service personnel in accordance with the service contract and in case of emergencies in accordance with the Picett Handbook
- Support in the maintenance and maintenance of the technical building installations as well as cooperation and support in integral tests (e.g. fire doors)
- Assistance and monitoring of external service providers as well as coordination of service missions
- Maintenance and management of the outdoor facilities incl.
- Winter service and maintenance machinery (e.g. forklifts, ants, municipal vehicles, lawnmowers, cleaning machines)
- Implementation of secondary disposal and treatment of waste materials
- Service-oriented support at conferences and events (provision, installation, support)
- Organisation and management of the workshop, material storage and workplaces incl. Material orders
