Application process
- Proper operation and monitoring of technical facilities and application of building maintenance and goods logistics software (CAFM)
- Analysis and resolution of disruptions and operational issues, identification of causes, prioritization and introduction of sustainable measures
- Recruitment, support and monitoring of specialist and service personnel as well as coordination of service missions and support in integral plant tests
- Maintenance and management of buildings, building parts and outdoor facilities incl.
- Environmental care, winter service and operation of necessary machinery and equipment
- Experience with CAFM systems or willingness to familiarize yourself with relevant applications
- Strong craftsmanship, technical understanding, physical resilience and pleasure in practical work
- Ability to independently analyze, prioritize and implement sustainable solutions
Company and context

- Assistance in the creation and optimization of maintenance plans, work processes and material concepts as well as updating of technical maintenance documentation
- Participation in projects in the areas of energy optimisation, refurbishment, technical upgrading and conversion, as well as ensuring energy efficiency, environmental and safety requirements
- Professional support for the House Observatory EBA and EFZ in demanding technical tasks as well as taking over pikett and winter services and holiday representatives within the Canton of Zurich Profile
- Completed technical or craftsmanship training (EFZ) as well as a federal certificate in the field of facility management, home maintenance, maintenance or a comparable qualification
- At least five years of professional experience in the field, ideally in technical building maintenance
- In-depth knowledge in the operation and maintenance of building engineering systems (HLKKS) as well as in dealing with control systems and building technology systems
