In this varied function, you work on individual vehicle bodies and modern hydraulic systems and accompany the vehicles from assembly to delivery. You can expect a versatile activity with modern infrastructure, a lot of personal responsibility and attractive development opportunities. 02 Your task – Construction and assembly of individual vehicle solutions for the commercial vehicle sector – Mechanical installation work on various vehicle bodies and technical systems – Manufacturing and adaptation of steel and aluminium structures – Cutting, drilling, fitting and welding of profiles and sheet metal parts – Assembly and laying of hydraulic lines and installation of corresponding components Installation and adjustment of electrical or electronic controls – Parameterisation and testing of control and remote control systems – Implementation of functional and safety checks before the vehicle transfer – Cooperation in customer-specific special solutions and technical adjustments – Ensuring a clean and high-quality execution of works 03

04 Your profile – Completed technical training in the mechanical sector, for example as a polymechanic, vehicle locksmith, agricultural machinery mechanic, construction machinery mechanic, truck mechanic or equivalent Practical experience in assembly, vehicle construction, mechanical engineering or a related technical environment – Good knowledge of mechanical processing and ideally experience in welding Interest and understanding of hydraulics, mechanics and electrical systems – Ability to read and implement technical drawings and documents – Independent, careful and quality-conscious working method – High personal responsibility and enjoyment of practical, varied activities – Team-oriented and solution-oriented personality Readiness to familiarize yourself with new products and technical systems – Driving licence Cat.
