- Compliance with recipes and assurance of quality
- Compliance and control of hygiene standards in the task area Various clean-up and cleaning requirements
- Professional experience as an auxiliary cook / assistant cook
- Affinity for system gastronomy and enjoyment of structured processes
- Enthusiasm for the cooking profession and enjoyment of contact with guests
- Readiness for shift, weekend and holiday services
