Main responsibilities
- As a team member, you set up the production facilities, repair disruptions and ensure a smooth production process
- As a quality manager, you guarantee that all products leaving our plant meet the highest standards
- As a professional manager, you manage the staff assigned to you at the plant and ensure that everyone knows exactly what to do
- Your active involvement in production also includes crafts - because you know that the best executives are the ones who also put in their own hands
- With your knowledge and experience, you enter production data in the SAP system and thus ensure an always up-to-date overview
Key requirements
- 4 years: plant manager or baker
- Completed basic or further training: Food industry
- You work with precision and care to meet the highest quality standards
- Your high quality and hygiene awareness is essential to ensure that all our products comply with the strictest hygiene regulations
- You are reliable and can work both independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals Your working hours are from Monday
