Main responsibilities
- You create and maintain short- and medium-term production plans.
- You plan the slaughter and dissection process in the pig area.
- You coordinate capacities with the plants and adapt plans flexibly in the event of deviations or disruptions.
- You optimize stock levels and clarify risks in the flow of goods.
- You simulate alternative scenarios, such as delayed delivery, machine failure or changes in demand.
- You work closely with production, sales, purchasing and forwarding and actively participate in defined sessions. Requirements
- You have several years of experience in production or supply planning, ideally in the meat or fresh produce industry.: You will bring practical knowledge of SAP IBP as well as SAP R/3 or S/4HANA.
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): You have an apprenticeship as a butcher:in or food technology:in.
- You think analytically and networked and also keep an overview in a dynamic environment.
- You are open to change, take your own initiative and take responsibility.
