- Operating disposition of raw materials and packaging materials taking into account production requirements, stocks and availability
- Ensuring timely material availability in close cooperation with production, purchasing, logistics and sales
- Complete vocational training in the food industry or studies in the food sector
- Continuing training (e.g. professional ID or higher technical examination) of advantage
Main responsibilities
- Operating disposition of raw materials and packaging materials taking into account production requirements, stocks and availability
- Ensuring timely material availability in close cooperation with production, purchasing, logistics and sales
- Support for production planning and control - cooperation in the preparation of the production forum and in the ongoing coordination between the various sectors
- Coordination and management of overhang goods and sales support Control and tracking of stocks
- Support for completion of production orders
- Working with administrative tasks and other activities in the field of PPS
Key requirements
- Complete vocational training in the food industry or studies in the food sector
- Continuing training (e.g. professional ID or higher technical examination) of advantage
- Basic knowledge of production processes in the food or meat industry Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- Experience in handling ERP/PPS systems and master data maintenance
- Good knowledge of German in word and writing Teamability and a safe occurrence
- High operational readiness, resilience and enforcement
- Motivation for further development and joy in a dynamic working environment
