• Overall responsibility for one or more production lines in the field of cocoa mass production / chocolate mass production
• Implementation and documentation of line- and process control
• Independent material ordering and return on the basis of production orders
• Organization and implementation of cleaning and product conversions -
• Requirements for the recognition and correction of disruptions and technical service support
