You set up production facilities, perform assembly work and make sure that all work steps are carried out in accordance with requirements regarding quality, efficiency and safety.
Thanks to your experience, you recognize deviations early, analyze causes and actively support the continuous improvement of production processes and the incorporation of new employees.
