Role overview

We develop and operate mission-critical backend systems for millions of people’s master data – from profile data to memberships like Cumulus.

We also ensure that loyalty products such as Migros gift cards and digital discount coupons work smoothly.

With innovations such as barrier-free parking, we make everyday life easier for our customers.

Application process

  • You are responsible for the technical development of a large software application portfolio in the area of customer and loyalty data
  • You coordinate stakeholders, take their requirements and prioritize them together with your business peers
  • You lead the product backlog, moderate refinement sessions and are responsible for planning and implementing the PI Plannings according to SAFe
  • Together with your team, you ensure the operation of the products in addition to further development, are the contact person for questions about business processes and occasionally help in 3rd level support.
  • Through your technical understanding of software architecture, you develop solution concepts that you refine with the dev team and architecture. Requirements
  • Several years of experience: in the role of product owner in a large agile environment (e.g.
  • SAFe) or many years of practice in requirements engineering
  • Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): in computer science, business informatics or equivalent work experience
