Role overview

As an ITSM Product Owner and Process Owner, you will drive the further development of our IT Service Management processes.

You are responsible for the strategic direction, optimization of processes, and the ServiceNow platform.

Together with interdisciplinary teams, you will create IT solutions that meet the highest standards and offer sustainable added value.

Key requirements

  • Deep understanding of ITSM-supporting toolsets such as ServiceNow
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with which you act convincingly at all levels
  • Experience in transformation and change processes and the ability to actively shape and successfully implement changes
  • Confident handling of uncertainties and complex situations, bringing the necessary assertiveness to achieve goals

  • As an ITSM Product Owner and Process Owner, you are responsible for the entire lifecycle of ITSM processes as well as the supporting ServiceNow ITSM application as a product.
  • As a Process Owner, you maintain contact with stakeholders, present convincingly, and communicate the added value of standard processes to ensure acceptance and benefits for the company.
  • You ensure coordinated requirements for the ServiceNow platform, translating business needs into clear processes, setting priorities and goals, and efficiently using the standardized capabilities of the platform.
  • You drive process standards and automation, contributing your know-how to shape roadmaps and develop the service portfolio into a professional IT Service Management.
  • You act as a communicative hub between the business, specialist departments, and the interdisciplinary ITSM product teams. What we offer
