Role overview
The outpatient centers (from the general practice to the medical center) are the first link of integrated care.
The digitalisation of these centres is a key to the optimisation of the Swiss healthcare system.
As a product owner, you are the link between the end users and suppliers with regard to contract and product developments and, as the central contact person, represent the outpatient centers vis-à-vis the software suppliers.

- Experience with information systems in the ambulatory sector with great will to better know and improve the business process.

- Your responsibilities:
- Experience with information systems in the ambulatory sector with great will to better know and improve the business process.
- Experience in healthcare in Switzerland or great will to learn.
- Curiosity and desire for interdisciplinary cooperation with specialists from the administrative and medical sector.
- They meet and understand the technical side of the customer’s information system (IS), collect/define and prioritize corresponding requirements and manage the corresponding backlog in close cooperation with users and suppliers.
- Always in relation to the strategy of computer science and good practice.
- Experience in implementing and optimising business processes related to information systems.
- Ability to constructively analyze and question existing processes
Application process
- Ability to view medical practices completely in the sense of workplaces, network, telephony, application, process optimization.
- With potential construction work.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and stay calm and solution-oriented during stressful times.
- Self-employment, team spirit, innovation, motivation and positive attitude.
- German mother tongue, excellent French and good English skills.
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management is a plus.
- Knowledge of ITIL, IT development processes and DevOps are beneficial. A position in a fascinating field, in a dynamic and growing company.
