Main responsibilities
- Influence the future of Ads Deals and Incentive programs to drive business objectives (top-line business growth, feature adoption).
- Develop a strategy and execute a roadmap that delivers on the $B+ incremental revenue opportunity identified in the YouTube Ads 5-year long range plan.
- Drive the roadmap for the ConnectDeals tool and integrations into other internal and external UIs (e.g., Google Ads, DV360, ConnectSales, Ads Planning tools, APIs).
- Evolve our incentive portfolio (cash payouts, credits, discounts, discretionary funds) to maximize the ROI of the Ads Deals programs.
- Futureproof our systems to manage an ever changing ads landscape.
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
