Main responsibilities
- You develop new products and optimize existing recipes from idea to implementation
- You create and maintain recipes, calculations and product-relevant documentation
- You analyze production processes and implement process optimization to increase quality and efficiency
- You will develop process diagrams and production standards for smooth production
- You plan and accompany product trials, tests and tastings
- You work closely with production, quality assurance, purchasing and other specialist areas Requirements
- several years of experience: in the areas of product development & process optimization in the food industry with
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): as a chef, baker*in confectioner, food technologist or comparable qualification
- You have in-depth knowledge in the creation of recipes, calculations and process diagrams
- You think analytically, recognize optimization potential and implement it pragmatically
