As of January 1, 2027 or by agreement, we are looking for your support as a prosecutor (60%) in Winterthur to complement our team. Job description Focus of your
- Tasks include conducting, conducting and completing criminal investigations, having effective and efficient case management, meeting internal general and specific performance targets, representing charges before the District Court, conducting preliminary proceedings and making decisions on the conclusion. They regularly provide piquetting services. You have practical court experience and have completed the CAS Forensics course. Your very good knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedure law will put you into practice and your investigations will be carried out systematically and efficiently. In formal terms, you can be elected as a prosecutor according to the Zurich Court Organization Act. Your personal strengths include absolute integrity, discretion and high resilience. They are flexible and characterized by the joy of new and unforeseen. Decision-making, assertiveness and law enforcement are among your characteristics. You are looking for interdisciplinary teamwork and collegiality, benefiting from your high level of communication skills and diplomatic skills. Furthermore, you have the willingness for permanent professional development and integrate yourself into projects.
