Canton of Zurich Directorate of Justice and Interior Public Prosecutor's Office Senior Prosecutor 80 - 100% The Zurich-Sihl Public Prosecutor’s Office in Zurich conducts criminal investigations against adults in a sub-area of the city of Zurich. Immediately or by agreement, we are looking for a senior prosecutor (80-100%) due to the resignation of the previous post holder. These are your tasks:

• Management and organization of the office with about 60 employees as well as promotion and evaluation of 8 direct reports
• Ensuring an optimal age structure of the procedures and ensuring a balanced fall burden through guided allocation to departments
• Exercise of language and appeal competence, monitoring of key cases and supporting case handlers in complex criminal investigations
• Active interface between office and management of the senior public prosecutor's office through cooperation in inter-official projects as well as mediation and implementation of strategic projects in the office
• Several years of successful work in the field of criminal prosecution as well as qualified knowledge in criminal law and criminal procedure law
• Proven leadership experience and enjoyment of both personnel and organizational tasks
• Sovereign appearance, high resilience and assertiveness
• A holistic view and ability for analytical, networked thinking
