- Analysis, optimization and documentation of workshop processes with a focus on efficiency and quality
- preparation of key figures and reporting as basis for the control and further development of workshop operations
Main responsibilities
- Analysis, optimization and documentation of workshop processes with a focus on efficiency and quality
- preparation of key figures and reporting as basis for the control and further development of workshop operations
- support for SAP and re-systems as well as interface to IT and departments
- planning, control and implementation of projects including budget and appointment monitoring
- introduction of new IT tools, AI-supported solutions and standards as well as training of employees Requirements
- Completed vocational training in technical or commercial fields;
- Further training as a technician:in HF plant technology, process technician:in HF or process specialist: Advantage Negotiationsafe German knowledge
- At least 3 years of professional experience in process and project environment
- Experience with process modelling (BPMN), lean/six sigma and project management
- Very good MS Office and SAP skills as well as high IT and AI-A sustainability What we offer
