Care education think ahead – with diversity, responsibility and room for manoeuvre. HF and FH students complete their practical training at the USZ in different disciplines and in cooperation with various educational institutions. In order to create reliable and sustainable educational opportunities from this, an overarching perspective is needed. As a process manager:r Education Care tertiary level you have this perspective. They take up developments, create sustainable framework conditions and, together with our education managers, provide new impetus for nursing education at USZ.

Your role with us

They combine educational development with conceptual work and have the room for manoeuvre to think ahead with the existing and to initiate something new.

• They further develop our educational concepts for care HF and FH and translate new requirements into suitable solutions for the USZ.
• They design central processes around training planning, recruitment and training course.
• They work closely with our education managers and address overarching questions from the various specialist areas.
• They use findings from evaluations and quality development to initiate changes in a targeted manner.
• They further develop educational offers and initiate projects on current issues of nursing education.
• They network with educational institutions and expert committees and bring the perspective of the USZ into joint developments.

What you bring

• MSc Vocational Training or comparable qualification
• Nursing background
• Sound knowledge of tertiary nursing education and the Swiss education system
• Experience in the development and control of educational processes
• Conceptual strength, self-initiative and joy in advancing complex issues together with others

What to expect

A function with a large field of activity, a lot of independence and space for your own ideas. They work together with experienced education managers, educational institutions and a well-connected education team. You will encounter established structures – and the openness to question and further develop them. In this function, you can visibly shape the tertiary nursing education at the USZ.
