- at least 2 to 3 years: Customer Consulting Retailbanking
- Experience in private client consulting and good expertise in the areas of investing, financing and pension provision
- Flair to actively expand customer relationships and maintain them in the long term
- Experience in the successful acquisition of new customers and an open, positioned personality
- Flair and joy in recognizing customer needs and inspiring them for the right financial solutions Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ) in German (negotiation certain) Cosa of Friamo
- Child care: up to CHF 300 per month per child to external child care
