Do you like working with people? Would you like to work immediately or by agreement with our team for the care of people with dementia at the Health Center for Old Bombach?
Tasks
- You are a qualified specialist in the care and care of the residents, whenever possible together with the learners/students.
- As a full-time vocational trainer, you are responsible for planning and implementing all processes relating to our learners and students.
- Together with a dedicated education team, they are responsible for the quality assurance and continuous improvement of our training conditions.
Profile
- Sound and reflective professional experience, preferably in the field of people with dementia
- Completed training as a nurse (HF/FH/DNII) with SRC recognition for diplomas from abroad as well as a recognised further education (at least SVEB 1) or the willingness to complete it
- A heart for our residents and apprentices/students, using the creative leeway to create an optimal connection
- Interest in the design and further development of a future-oriented offer tailored to the needs of residents
- Enthusiasm, creativity and innovative ideas that they like to implement in order to offer our residents a pleasant home
