As integral part of the Commercial Insurance pricing team, the candidate will work closely with the Zurich central actuarial pricing team and support the execution of the pricing work and related pricing projects and business initiatives. Your role

Main responsibilities

  • As Pricing Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve many of:
  • Work closely with pricing actuaries, data & analytics team, IT teams and partner countries to establish and maintain pricing datasets leveraging central data lake capabilities

Application process

  • Be part of agile projects for scaling pricing analysis by supporting development of data pipelines and applications
  • Supporting and overseeing data quality work
  • Ensure maintenance of technical documentation and support development of guidance and training material for the underwriting community
  • Completion of pricing performance and trends analysis and deliver those insights back to Product and Market facing teams
  • Support completion of portfolio profitability reviews and portfolios scenario analyses to help the formulation of UW strategies & tactical plans
  • Support the Commercial Insurance pricing team to maintain an annual update of the central pricing platforms, including the pricing models calibration, implementation, and subsequent release & operational management Your Skills and Experience
  • As Pricing Analyst, your skills and experience will ideally include:
  • University education (master’s degree) in Financial Mathematics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Statistics, Quantitative methods, Computer Science or similar
