- Mitarbeit in einem bereichsübergreifenden Projekt an der Schnittstelle von Legal, Procurement und Data Protection
- Unterstützung bei der Überprüfung und Aktualisierung bestehender Vendor- und Datenschutzdokumentationen
- Vorbereitung und Koordination von vertraglichen Unterlagen auf Basis bestehender Templates
- Nachverfolgung offener Punkte sowie strukturierte Dokumentation des Projektfortschritts
- Je nach Interesse und Kapazität Unterstützung bei weiteren Themen in Legal, Compliance, Procurement, Communication oder angrenzenden Bereichen Dein Profil:
- Du studierst aktuell Rechtswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informationstechnologie oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung oder befindest dich zwischen Bachelor und Master.
- Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert, sorgfältig und selbständig und behältst auch bei einer grösseren Anzahl paralleler Vorgänge den Überblick.
- Du hast Interesse an den Themen Datenschutz, Vertragsmanagement und Procurement .
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und arbeitest dich schnell in neue Tools und Prozesse ein.
