Company and context
- Administrative and organizational support of the ICC team (Inspiration & Convention Center)
- Reservation of premises, assistance in the organization of events, support and advice of internal and external customers
- Close cooperation with internal bodies and external partners: inside such as caterers: inside, technicians: inside and service providers: inside
- Support of the broadcast crew in video productions
- Support for technical support of events by operating simple streaming software
- Organize, plan and carry out various guided tours through the ICC (e.g.
- Experience room, factory tours, etc.)
- Independent development of various means of communication (e.g. in the area of social media, etc.), statistics and feedbacks Support for events
- Collaboration on various projects and taking over your own projects Your talents and experiences
- Education: Completed bachelor's degree and intention to complete a master's degree in the near future or enrolled at a Swiss FH or university
