• Teaching qualification as a production mechanic EFZ, polymechanic or polymechanic EFZ or equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of practice in the metalworking industry
• Experience in surface processing is important
• Readiness for a thorough familiarisation of 6 to 12 months
