In this versatile function, you process different metallic components and auxiliary devices according to technical specifications. Both conventional and CNC-controlled machines are used. The activity offers an interesting mixture of production, machine operation, workshop work and technical maintenance. We are looking for an independent personality who likes to work practically, values precision and feels comfortable in a varied workshop environment. 02 Your task – Independent machining of various metal parts and technical components – Production of individual parts and smaller series according to drawing and specification – Setting up and operating conventional and CNC-controlled machine tools – Performing different machining methods such as turning and milling Manufacture of simple devices, holders and individual aids Testing of manufactured components with suitable measuring equipment Ensuring the required dimensional accuracy and processing quality 03

04 Your profile – Completed technical training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, mechanic or equivalent Practical experience in a mechanical workshop is advantageous – Good knowledge of machining – Experience with turning and milling – Safe handling of conventional machine tools – Experience with NC/CNC controlled machines is an advantage – Good knowledge of reading technical drawings – Flowing knowledge of German 05 Worth knowing
