- Their tasks
- Leadership, operational planning and coordination of a production team of around 6 employees
- Ensuring on-time production of drawing parts with CNC machines
- Ensuring high availability of production machines
- Identifying and solving bottlenecks and problems in day-to-day business, in cooperation with job preparation
- Creating CNC programs incl. Creating the associated documentation
- Manufacture (milling/turning and grinding) of high-quality machine parts (cast & steel) in small series or as a single part
- Ensuring order, cleanliness and safety at work
- Your qualifications
- Completed basic mechanical training, preferably in the mechanical engineering sector
- Several years of experience in production in the field of CNC turning and CNC milling
- Very good knowledge of programming CNC programs (esprit experience is beneficial)
- Experience in human and professional management of employees
- Sound experience in production planning
- Good knowledge of German in words and writing
- Independent and precise working method, initiative, sense of responsibility and a team player
