- Construction & Operations Management: Responsibility for the operational management of the Living Lab HIL project office and the establishment of efficient, transparent PMO processes.
Main responsibilities
- Taking on this project-related role They focus on the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Construction & Operations Management: Responsibility for the operational management of the Living Lab HIL project office and the establishment of efficient, transparent PMO processes.
- Planning: Overarching schedule, milestone and resource planning for the interdisciplinary overall project in close coordination with the planning team, internal ETH participants and external project partners.
- Stakeholder Management: Central hub for the flow of information and communication with internal and external stakeholders (professorships, ETH Real Estate, external implementation partners e.g.
- Gesamtleister, specialist planner).
- Resource Allocation & Controlling: Strategic allocation of human and financial resources as well as ongoing budget controlling in cooperation with the managing director and accounting.
- Contract & Document Management: Structuring, auditing and reliable management of contracts, agreements and central project documents.
- Publications and reporting: coordination and cooperation in the preparation of reports and presentations together with the internal communications office.
- Session management: organisation, preparation and follow-up of meetings, workshops and committees, including protocol and pendences in German and English.
- Team leadership: leadership of the PMO team in coordination with management.

- For the establishment, structuring and operational management of our Living Lab HIL Project Management Office (PMO), we are looking for an organizationally strong and assertive personality as a PMO lead who works closely with the management.
- Together with a management assistant to be recruited as well as administrative support in the areas of accounting and human resources, you form the administrative and organizational heart of the overall project.
