In the IKM, bed planning, surgical programs, personnel deployment and data forecasts are intelligently networked to care for our patients at the right time and place.
Your tasks
- You implement optimal surgical planning according to strategic and tactical specifications - taking into account all key resources (staff, beds, surgical capacities, equipment).
- You schedule elective interventions in coordination with the specialist departments.
- You continuously adjust the planning for short-term changes and prioritize urgent interventions.
- You are with the patient or Relatives in contact regularly.
- You control the completeness of relevant patient and planning documents.
- You actively participate in process optimizations and quality measures.
Your profile
- Health education (desirable with experience in OPS or anesthesia)
- Experience in surgical planning
- Ability for networked thinking and flexible, situational action
- Resilience, teamwork and strong communication skills
- Enjoyment of organizational and administrative activities
- Good user knowledge in a CIS
