At the beginning we will operate a station with about 32 beds, rented in the city hospital Zurich Triemli. Our new building is already under construction and will open at the end of 2029 and have about 140 beds. For this exciting operational setup, we are looking for a Tasks: • The software-based planning of inpatient and outpatient patients is part of your everyday life • Multiprofessional therapies you plan and coordinate independently • You take over the planning of office hours independently • You are responsible for monitoring and controlling therapeutic annual planning • General secretarial tasks such as ordering, scheduling and administrative tasks are performed reliably • You perform medical-technical tasks professionally • Accompaniment of patients you take on professional and sensitive Requirements • You have completed training as a medical assistant (MPA) • Ideally, you could already gain experience in health care (hospital/clinic/practice) • With the different needs of our patients and the interdisciplinary treatment team you deal professionally and appreciatively • As a committed and resilient personality, you bring team spirit and responsibility • High flexibility and openness to change are among your strengths • With the common computer programs you can safely handle • You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing, English skills are an advantage We offer: • Prospective and easy to reach workplace – in a collegial environment with clear structures, competent managers and appreciative communication • Real benefits instead of empty words – with paid changing time, 28 days of holidays as well as numerous internal and external discounts and offers.
