In order to strengthen our physiotherapy team, we are looking for a dedicated personality for therapeutic work in our centers of psychiatry and psychotherapy with 56 beds as well as age medicine and palliative care with 66 beds. In addition to the treatment of inpatients, they also work on an outpatient basis. Another part of your work is the professional support and support of students of physiotherapy during their practical assignments. Their tasks
- Physiotherapeutic findings, treatment and support of patients
- Planning and implementation of individual and group therapies
- Individual target definition, therapy planning, evaluation and progress documentation
- Professional support, guidance and assessment of students of physiotherapy during their practical assignments (no previous experience required - but the willingness to carry out a practical manager training)
- Close interprofessional cooperation with nursing, medical profession and other therapeutic and advisory professional groups
- Active participation in the further development of our physiotherapeutic offers and treatment standards Your profile
- Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy (BSc) or equivalent, SRK-approved training
- Joy of working with people with psychiatric and geriatric complex health issues
- Interest and pleasure in accompanying and promoting students
- Independent, structured and responsible working methods
- Strong social and communication skills and enjoyment of interprofessional cooperation
