For the outpatient area of our clinic for visceral and thoracic surgery with a focus on the obesity center, we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by agreement a team-ready, performance- and patient-oriented Physician Associate.

Tasks

• Organization of office hours with interprofessional appointment coordination and triage of assignments
• Consultation hours under the supervision of the doctor
• Support of the participating doctors and clinical specialists in the consultation
• Coordination and review of preoperative investigations until the date of the operation
• Organisation and control of follow-up appointments including nutritional advice
• Contact person for various concerns of patients, patients and referees, as well as general practitioners

Profile

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse FH/HF and several years of professional experience, preferably in the field of surgery
• Ideally, you already have the Physician Associate degree
• You like to work in a team and convince through your positive, pragmatic and proactive approach how to act
• You are goal-oriented and solution-oriented and accustomed to working responsibly, independently and flexibly
• You are a team-oriented, communicative and resilient personality who keeps calm and overview even in hectic situations
• Working on the PC is easy for you and you are open to new things and see change as an opportunity
