Welcome to Medbase Zürich HP Permanence
In our Medical Center in the middle of Zurich, directly in the main station, we care for patients 365 days a year without prior registration. Our team, consisting of almost 60 employees, consists of specialists in general internal medicine, laboratory staff and MPAs and covers the clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic spectrum of general and internal medicine. At Medbase Permanence Zurich Main Station, we pay attention to a balanced work-life balance.
Working in part-time is possible in all functions and the working hours can be designed.

Tasks
- Representation of the existing Pharma Assistant
- Drug Management
- Reception, Triage, Support and Adoption of our Walk-in Patient
- Representation of the existing Pharma Assistant, Drug Management
- Coordination of the everyday practice and appointment management
- Treatment of patient requests by telephone and e-mail
- Administration and care of patient data
- Support of doctors in administrative tasks
- Response person in the turntable function at the reception for the entire team
