Main responsibilities
- Development and implementation of new care models in diabetes treatment
- Nursing case management in complex situations in stationary setting
- Development of interprofessional diabetes treatment, development of concepts and implementation of evidence-based guidelines
- Participation in interprofessional research projects Requirements
- Diplomated nurse with several years of professional experience and a completed Master of Science in Nursing
- Additional training CAS Diabetes Counseling or HöFa 1 Diabetes Counselling or the willingness to complete this in the course.
- High interest in merging research & practice in everyday professional life
- Commitment and joy in the further development of the topic of diabetes treatment in the USZ
