Main responsibilities
- You organize various events, trial days, interviews and other activities around vocational training
- The responsibility of administrative supervision of our vocational training is in your hands and you ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background
- Actively accompany the recruitment process of our future learners – from tendering to selection
- You manage and manage our time recording system and ensure correct data maintenance
- You are actively involved in apprenticeship marketing and help to present our apprenticeship positions visibly and attractively.
- You are the contact person for learners, vocational trainers and other internal positions and ensure an uncomplicated cooperation
- Projects and activities that further develop vocational training and promote our learners, you support Profile:
- You have completed vocational training as a merchant/merchant EFZ or bring commercial professional experience
- Oral and written you express yourself very well in German
- You have a good feeling for young people, approach people openly and enjoy accompanying young people on their way to working life
