Main responsibilities
- As the first contact person, you accompany employees and managers from entry to exit
- You listen, accompany conversations and find fair solutions even in demanding situations
- You answer labour law and personnel-related questions competently, clearly and empathetically
- In BGM and Care Management you coordinate measures and cooperation with our external Care Manager
- From needs clarification to successful entry, you will help shape the entire recruitment process
- You have an eye on HR key figures and human resources and support the branch manager in planning
- In HR projects, you develop processes with regard to quality, efficiency and the needs of our employees. Profile:
- A basic commercial training and an HR specialist card are part of your backpack
- Several years of experience as an HR generalist bring you as much pleasure as a dynamic HR everyday life
- In Swiss employment law, you are saddle-proof and use your knowledge in a solution-oriented manner.
