- For the team in the shop of the Department of Physics, we are looking for a customer-oriented personality who enjoys a versatile and broad field of activity.
- Responsibility for the product groups Machine elements, tools and installation materials.
- This includes ensuring availability, purchasing from suppliers, checking appointments and assortment maintenance.
- Technical advice to researchers and technical staff
- Provision and output of articles (online orders and on-site purchase)
- Incoming goods, price and invoice inspection including the annual inventory

- As part of the planned move to the new research building HPQ, further tasks in the area of logistics and organization can be co-designed Profile
- Completed technical apprenticeship with experience in purchasing or logistics
- Secure handling of MS Office (Word, Excel) and user knowledge in ERP systems (e.g. SAP)
