- Grosse Freude am telefonischen Kundenkontakt, wobei du das Kundenanliegen ins Zentrum stellst
- Einwandfreie Kommunikation auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, sehr gute Schweizerdeutsch-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Motivation, um in einem jungen, dynamischen und dienstleistungsorientierten Team zu arbeiten
Application process
- You independently create loan applications and resubmissions for our mortgage customers from all over Switzerland.
- You take care of the renewals of expired mortgage contracts.
- You will complete restructuring of mortgages including property valuation (e.g. increase in mortgage, mortgage mutations and layoffs, purchase/sale of property, gift, divorce, death).
- As a specialist, you are the contact point for the customer advisors of the VZ VermögensZentrum for questions about real estate and mortgages and are in close contact with the specialist departments within the HypothekenZentrum.

- Many years of experience in the Swiss mortgage business for private customers
