The gastronomy in the Toni area belongs to the Zurich University of Applied Sciences and the Zurich University of Arts in the Toni area campus. The gastronomy consists of the Mensa Molki, the Bistro Chez Toni, a cafeteria and the cascade gastronomy. Furthermore, numerous internal and external caterings are carried out. About 800 lunches are prepared every day. True to the ZFV philosophy, freshly cooked locally with regional and ecologically well-produced and fair trade food. Are you our new team member who supports us as a service employee:in (assistance) by immediate or by arrangement? As a temporary on an hourly basis (about 20%), you support us flexibly with catering assignments – from morning deliveries to catering support and the independent implementation of entire events and evening aperitifs. Depending on your needs, your assignments take place between Monday and Sunday. Your task menu:
- Guest service and advice
- Banquet service (apéros, flying buffets, gala dinner, standing lunch, etc.)
- Setting up menus during lunch service
- Creating the Daily Mise en Place
- Cash register operation
- Collaboration at caterings and special events
- Implementation of smaller Apéros
- Completion of general clean-up and cleaning work
- Implementation of ZFV quality and service standards
