With your organizational talent and your customer orientation, you ensure that our customer orders are processed smoothly and on time. What will you do
You ensure that our customer orders are processed smoothly and on time from incoming orders to delivery.
You are the central contact person for our customers and sales companies and find competent solutions for orders, delivery dates and logistics.
Together with production, purchasing and logistics You ensure that materials are available and our delivery commitments are met.
You also keep track of challenging situations, communicate proactively in the event of scheduling deviations and coordinate suitable solutions.
You handle complaints, returns and credits and contribute to a high customer satisfaction.
You maintain master data in the SAP/ERP system and ensure high data quality.
You analyze key figures such as delivery deadlines and quality and identify potential for improvement.
You bring your ideas and actively shape the further development of our processes. Who you are
You have a completed commercial or technical training – ideally supplemented by a corresponding further education.
