For our large hoard MAH Gabler (at noon we look after up to 200 children) we are looking for reinforcement immediately or by appointment.
Tasks
We are looking for a dedicated and flexible personality to support our team. As a manager you work 4 days a week. Precise information on working hours can be discussed during a personal conversation with the management of supervision.
Their tasks include
- Professional, personnel and organisational management of the Horte
- Co-design of school support and ensuring day-to-day operations
- Accompaniment and promotion of students in social and school matters
- Contacts with parents
- Administrative and domestic work
- Collaboration in the holiday camp and on school-free days
- Lead large children's groups
Profile
- You have a degree in social education / social work (FH / HF), a primary school teaching diploma or an equivalent education
- In the case of a foreign diploma, a Swiss diploma recognition is mandatory.
- Professional experience in caring for children in the nurseries is advantageous
- Joy of responsibility, clarity and structure
- Care of children
- Teamwork and flexibility
- Communication strength in dealing with the care team, teachers and domestic service team
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
