We are looking for a social worker to accompany a student in the 1st grade of primary school, starting August 1, 2026.

Working days and hours

Monday: 08:00-12:00, plus 45 minutes at lunchtime and 13:20-15:00 Tuesday: 08:00-12:00 Wednesday: 08:00-12:00 Thursday: 08:00-12:00, plus 45 minutes at lunchtime and 13:20-15:00 Friday: 08:00-12:00, plus 45 minutes at lunchtime and 13:20-15:00

The 62% workload also includes meetings, school progress discussions, parent-teacher conferences, and further training.

Tasks

• Accompanying and supporting a student in the 1st grade of primary school in their daily school life
• Individual support, care, and guidance during lessons
• Shared responsibility for the smooth daily operation within the school setting
• Close collaboration with teachers, specialist services, parents, and guardians
• Contributing to a respectful and supportive team and school culture

Profile

• Experience and expertise in supporting and fostering children of primary school age
• Motivated, open, and resilient personality with a respectful and solution-oriented attitude
• Independent, flexible, and responsible way of working, as well as strong team and communication skills
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration with teachers, specialist services, and parents
• Completed training as a Social Worker FH/HF, Early Childhood Educator HF, or comparable qualification; for foreign diplomas
