- You supervise and manage a permanent group of employees (alphabetical allocation) independently from entry to exit in hourly and monthly wages.
- We carry out the monthly wage runs for the entire 3,000 employees together as a team – you ensure the error-free preparation of your circle.
- But the biggest thing about the "Kispi" are the little ones: Up to 100,000 patients are cared for annually, in 47 specialist areas we do everything for their benefit.
Main responsibilities
- You supervise and manage a permanent group of employees (alphabetical allocation) independently from entry to exit in hourly and monthly wages.
- We carry out the monthly wage runs for the entire 3,000 employees together as a team – you ensure the error-free preparation of your circle.
- You juggle with allowances, irregular shift models and the correct handling of withholding taxes.
- You maintain the personnel and wage master data in our system Hospis and ensure a high data quality.
- After familiarizing yourself with day-to-day business, you will actively participate in HR projects, question existing processes and optimize our payroll processes.
- You support the team on a professional level and act as a competent contact for line managers in complex payroll questions.
- You bring several years of profound experience in the payroll of a large company (ideally 1,500+ employees).
- Industry experience in healthcare is a plus, but not a must.
- You are very familiar with Swiss social security law, withholding tax as well as the UVG and KTG areas.
