- You are responsible for maintaining personnel and wage data, processing wage mutations and expenses and ensuring the correct handling of social insurance and withholding taxes.
- For wage-relevant questions, you are the competent contact person for employees, managers and external offices such as social insurance institutions, pension funds and tax offices.
Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining personnel and wage data, processing wage mutations and expenses and ensuring the correct handling of social insurance and withholding taxes.
- For wage-relevant questions, you are the competent contact person for employees, managers and external offices such as social insurance institutions, pension funds and tax offices.
- You handle the administrative processes in attendance management (AWM) and ensure the correct processing and booking of social security allowances.
- You carry out the monthly reconciliations of the salary-relevant non-cash accounts and support in financial statements and revisions.
- With your expertise, you are actively involved in the optimization and further development of our payroll and HRM processes.
- Ideally, you will have an HR professional card and/or social security professional card and bring several years of experience in Swiss contract processing and in the HR environment.
- Numbers, accuracy and a structured working method are yours – even in complex situations, you keep an overview. With MS Office you work safely;
- Experience with SAP HCM is an advantage.
- You work independently and reliably and at the same time appreciate the professional exchange and cooperation in the team.
