Application process

- Translate recurring P2P problems into structured improvement initiatives that feed directly into the P2P Improvement Programme and make the process permanently better
- Build Capability, Not DependencyMaintain accurate master data (pricing, catalogues, payment terms, commodity codes) as the foundation for friction-free purchasing and invoice processing.
- Train and coach business units on the Spend Policy, so they do it right the first time, every time.
- Champion catalogues, contracts and Purchase Orders to drive compliant buying behaviour at source
- Measure What MattersTrack operational KPIs (STIP – Straight-Through-Invoice-Processing, Invoice compliance, Purchase Order compliance, Vendor onboarding time), report non-compliance trends and flag Category Strategy deviations to the responsible Category Manager – turning data into accountability YOUR SKILLS:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on procurement or P2P operations experience in a mid-to-large enterprise, with a track record of managing complex, high-volume transactional environments

- You are not a transaction processor – you are the operational authority who resolves what automated and first-line support cannot, closes systemic gaps and raises the bar for P2P performance across Sunrise.
