Main responsibilities
- Technical responsibility and operation: Secure system operation and regular operation of the MySports app and all connected incl.Still.
- System performance monitoring, identification and proactive increase of problems
- System integration and data flows: Responsibility for the entire system panorama and guarantee of clean data flows between app systems, CRM and backend incl.
- Interface responsibility for the OTT platform and for transmission, content and EPG systems
- Solution Design Engineering: Among the company requirements in clear and feasible technical requirements and guaranteeing a complete definition of requirements
- Vendor Setup & Control: Preference selection, coordination and control of external technology partners and suppliers (e.g.: Appferi, CRM, Payment, Analytics in coordination with company partners: Puresa, Legal and Safety
- 147 & Delivery Management: End-to-end Responsibility for introduction, integration and
- integration of systems and features including planning, coordination and implementation of the Go-live company (including UAT Hands) from 10.6 to 10.6 (including ULiveal)
- Documentation and guarantee of operation and monitoring of the initial operational phase
- Further development and acceptance: Responsibility for overview of the system landscape, including acceptance of requirements for acceptance, definition and continuous acceptance of technical processes and new technologies (for example). Requirements
