The Kita Leutschenbach is looking for 1. January 2027 or by arrangement a motivated and committed personality for the infant group.
Tasks
- You care individually and collectively within the framework of the pedagogical concept.
- You promote self-reliance, language, motor and cognitive development, as well as integration into the group.
- You can help shape a differentiated, binding pedagogical everyday life that gives the child security and enables the development of trust.
- You take on independently delegated tasks, such as habituation, targeted observations, co-creation of parenting events, information sharing in the team, parents and professionals.
- You guide learners in consultation with the vocational training manager of the daycare centre.
Profile
- Completed training as a specialist Care EFZ, specialty children
- Interest in education-oriented nursery education (Infans, Pikler)
- Joy of caring for infants
- Personal maturity, resilience and good organizational ability
- Administrative and organizational skills as well as good PC knowledge
