We enchant the world with chocolate! Lindt & Sprüngli (Switzerland) AG is a subsidiary of the global Lindt & Sprüngli Group with headquarters and production facilities in Kilchberg on Lake Zurich. In Altendorf we operate our own logistics centre, while the Lindt Cocoa Center in Olten produces cocoa mass for our own use as well as for other European production facilities. Throughout Switzerland, we proudly operate 15 Lindt shops, including iconic locations such as the Jungfraujoch and the Swiss Transport House in Lucerne. What you do with us
- Adjustment and conversion of the production line
- Ensuring the quality and timely delivery of goods
- Training and instruction of new production employees incl. Learners
- Compliance with safety, quality and hygiene regulations
- Resolving minor technical failures at installations
- Carrying out during arising auxiliary and cleaning work
- Participation in improvement teams
When you fit in with us
- Completed vocational training (ideally as a plant manager, food technologist or in a technical profession)
- At least 2 years of experience as a plant manager
- Good knowledge of German (in word and writing), SAP knowledge of advantages
- Readiness for 3-shift operation incl. Saturday missions
- Technical understanding and flair for process optimization
- Clear awareness of high quality, hygiene and safety standards
- Resilient, independent and reliable personality
