To support our team, we are looking for 1. January 2027 or by arrangement a personality as funeral allrounder*in.
Tasks
- You advise the relatives of the deceased and, in consultation with them, organize a dignified commemoration, burial and/or funeral.
- You bring the deceased and maintain a dignified relationship with them and their relatives.
- You work in the crematorium Nordheim deceased, work in the oven room, where you perform cremations and accompany relatives when they say goodbye.
- You provide information in the call center and advise relatives and grave responsible persons.
- You create grave care bills, rental contracts, offers and record planting orders.
Profile
- You have completed training in the commercial, nursing or technical field and a valid driving licence of category B.
- You have a high psychological and physical resilience and a high quality standard.
- You have the feeling for a respectful and service-oriented approach to mourners and our interface partners.
- You have the ability and pleasure to work constructively and solution-oriented in a dynamic team.
- You have the willingness to work during the operating hours between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. and partly on weekends and public holidays.

The annual wage for this job is expected to be between CHF 76'000.- and 98'000.-. For applicants with more or less relevant professional experience, the wage offered may deviate from this range. In the funeral and cemetery office (BFA), we advise relatives on deaths, organize funerals, funerals and memorial ceremonies, transfer the deceased, operate the cremation facilities and the rehabilitation in the largest Swiss crematorium and manage graves in 19 municipal cemeteries.
