Role overview

  • Implementation of measurement and test orders according to customer requirements, specifications and deadlines
  • Planning and preparation of measurements incl. Selection and provision of suitable measuring and testing equipment
  • Calibration, control and proper operation of measurement systems
  • Evaluation, interpretation and documentation of measurement results and preparation of test reports
  • Ensuring correct SAP feedback (bookings of production orders)
  • Analysis of measurement deviations and participation in the processing of error and complaint cases
  • Participation in the connector and cable assembly as well as production-related support
  • Training of internal and temporary employees
  • Active participation in continuous improvements (CIP) and implementation of lean principles (5S, MUDA)
  • Basic technical training, ideally in electronics, metrology or production
  • Several years of experience in assembly and/or measurement technology, preferably in a production-oriented environment
  • Experience with measuring equipment
  • Good skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Knowledge of lean management and its practical application is an advantage
  • High technical understanding and precise working style
  • Strong quality awareness and economic thinking
  • Team-oriented, communicative and resilient personality with high social competence
  • Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working method
